Our Bakeries

We currently have three bakeries in the Redruth area of Cornwall. We have one shop at Portreath, not far from the beach and the second shop is in Lanner. We have a brand new bakery in Wilson Way, Pool, Redruth.

The Lanner shop is open six days a weeks from 8.00am to 4.00pm and the Portreath Shop is open from 7.00am to 5.00pm, 7 days a week including most of the bank holidays (we only close Christmas day, boxing day and New years day). Pool branch is 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday-Thursday, 7.00am to 9.30pm Friday, 7.00am to 6.00pm Saturday, 9.00am to 4.00pm Sunday.

Pool branch has "The Worlds First Cornish Pasty Drive Through" open 7 days a week, a 100 seat restaurant with a picture window into the bakery. All food is freshly baked on site, including our famous Cornish breakfast, American diner style lunches, and themed evenings on Fridays. Bookings taken for all parties , corporate events and Christmas.

Baking parties for children, hen nights, team building or just knowledge.

There is free ample parking at all sites too! (In the summer season portreath opens until 6.30pm)


Our Products

As you'd expect from one of the counties finest bakers, we make and supply all types of baked goods to our customers via our three shops and to our trade customers through our daily deliveries.
We are very proud of our reputation within the region and we will always endeavour to keep good standards and quality.
We bake bespoke products to suit your business needs and have developed new gluten free baked products.

The Mexican Connection

There is a fascinating history to be told about the Cornish miners that went to live and work in the mexican town of Real del Monte nearly a century ago. As a result of this extraordinary migration, the pasty is big business in the mining regions of this amazing country.
